management. He has been a successful loan originator,
funding over $70 million in loan volume during his four
years with Excellent Mortgage. Holden is highly competent
in residential & commercial lending, hard money lending,
and purchasing of discounted bank notes. He won SMI’s
USA Client of the Year Award for 2006 and traveled to
Spain for the awards ceremony. Holden and his wife
Brittany are very involved in Antioch Community Church
and see serving people in the buying of their home as a
